CASE CASSIOPEA is looking to expand its French team and is looking to strengthen its Paris office team with Senior Associates / VPs / Directors who are ambitious and talented individuals willing to join an entrepreneurial adventure.
CASE CASSIOPEA offers a unique opportunity to work on projects that provide exposure to a wide variety of financial advisory deals (buy-side, sell-side, fundraising) for a wide variety of clients (corporate, private equity / infrastructure funds, institutional) within a well-established network covering Benelux, Germany, Italy, Nordics and Latin America.

II - Job description - Associate/ Senior Associate :
Key Responsabilities
- Transaction Execution
o Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, trading comps).
o Assist in conducting business due diligence, market research, and strategic analysis.
o Prepare high-quality marketing materials such as Confidential Information Memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
o Support preliminary valuation analyses and contribute to transaction structuring discussions.
o Participate actively in all phases of deal execution and manage specific workstreams independently.
o Support client communication and attend meetings with senior team members.
o Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other external advisors during the due diligence and closing phases. - Origination & Business Development
o Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for business development and origination.
o Contribute to sector research, idea generation, and analysis of potential targets/investors.
o Develop and maintain trusted working relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Team Management & Mentorship
o Supervise Analysts and trainees and contribute to the quality review of their deliverables.
o Uphold CASE’s standards of technical excellence and professionalism.
o Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. - Cross-border Collaboration
o Leverage CASE’s European network and ABN AMRO partnership to contribute to execution and origination.
Candidate Profile
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, investment banking, or related advisory environments.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and valuation methods.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at least in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• An exceptional strong work ethic.
